D Any Delay Of Delivery Of Item Shall Be Subjected To Liquidated Damages Equivalent To 1/10 Of 1% Of The Contract Price Per Day Of Delay Of The Undelivered Items. E Payment Shall Be Made After The Complete Delivery Of The Goods/item To The Designated Drop-off Points, Inspection, And Acceptance, Billing, And Submission Of Invoice And Delivery Receipt And Must Pass The Bpi-nsqcs Germination Testing To Facilitate Payment Transactions.
