Eligibility requirements: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in providing similar services. - The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years. - The OEM company for Camera & NVR should have its own company registered in India (under Incorporation of Companies Act, 1956/ 2013) since last 10 years. - CCTV OEM should have manufacturing in India since last Five years and Foreign CCTV OEM should have manufacturing unit globally from last 10 Years. 2. Past Performance: - The bidder / OEM should have executed project for supply and installation / commissioning of same or similar Category Products during preceding 3 financial years. - The project should meet one of the following criteria: (i) Single order of at least 35% of the estimated bid value. (ii) Two orders of at least 20% each of the estimated bid value. (iii) Three orders of at least 15% each of the estimated bid value. - The CCTV OEM should have supplied a minimum of 50 IP CCTV cameras or a minimum of 2 Lakhs WO and Successful Implementation to any State Government, Central Government, or Public Sector Undertaking in India over the past seven years as of the bid submission date. - 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. Technical certification required by bidder to participate in this tender: 1. ISO 9001:2015 2. ISO 14001:2015 3. ISO 27001:2013 4. ISO 45001:2018 5. IEC 27032:2012 6. CMMI Level 5 or above certification 7. H.265 HEVC certificate 8. GDPR compliance certificate 9. WEEE compliance certificate 10. EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility License/ Authorization No. from Central Pollution Control Board for Electrical & Electronic Equipment E-Waste. 11. BIS registration of the supplied stores to the IS 13252 Part 1 (2010) is mandatory (CRS). 12. OEM Authorization Certificate is required. 13. Availability of security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity. 14. BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest.
