Timeline/schedule Of Delivery The Duration For The Supply And Delivery Of The Above Tokens Of Appreciation, Including Testing (as To Quality And Weight) Shall Not Be Later Than 20 November 2024, Provided That The Notice To Proceed Will Be Issued On 05 November 2024. Iii. Terms Of Payment The Supplier Shall Be Paid The Contract Amount In Full Upon Delivery And Acceptance By The Darro, Subject To Deduction Of Applicable Taxes And Fees. Iv. Warranty Upon Delivery And Acceptance, Warranty Shall Be For A Period Of Six (6) Months. Within The Warranty Period, The Supplier Shall Cause The Replacement Of The Token That Are Found To Be With Factory Defects. V. General Conditions 1. The Prospective Supplier/distributor Must Also Present Samples Of The Aforesaid Items Upon Submission Of Its Proposal And Quotation. 2. All Quotations Must Be Typewritten In The Company's Letterhead. 3. Phiigeps Registration Certificate Shall Be Attached Upon Submission Of The Quotation. 4. All Quotations Shall Be Considered As Fixed Prices And Not Subject To Price Escalation During The Contract Implementation. 5. Payment Shall Be Prepared Through Advice To Debit Account Upon Receipt Of The Supplier’s Statement Of Account, Subject To Deduction Of Applicable Taxes And Fees.
