The Department Of Agrarian Reform, Provincial Office, Nabunturan, Davao De Oro Thru General Appropriations Act For Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of One (1) Year Lease Contract Of Building And Structure. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dar Provincial Office Now Calls For The Submission Of Eligibility Documents For The Procurement Of One (1) Year Lease Contract Of Building And Structure: No Particulars Approved Budget Of Contract Amount Of Bidding Doc 1. Rent-building And Structure: 900,000.00 1,000.00 Contract Duration: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 Building Specifications: A. The Leased Building Should Provide Sufficient Square Footage Or With An Area Of At Least 500 Square Meters To Accommodate The Required Number Of Employees And Business Operations. B. The Building Should Be Located In A Strategic Area With Good Accessibility For Employees, Clients, And Other Stakeholders. Lease Term And Conditions: O The Lease Agreement Shall Commence On January 1, 2025 And Terminate On December 31, 2025; With An Option For Renewal Upon Mutual Agreement By Both Parties. Either Party May Terminate The Contract Providing The Other Party With At Least One Month's Prior Written Notice. O The Lessee Shall Remit To The Lessor A Monthly Rental Fee Of Seventy-five Thousand (php 75,000.00) Pesos Payable Within The First Ten (10) Days Of The Following Month. O The Lessor Shall Ensure The Lessee's Uninterrupted Use And Enjoyment Of The Leased Premises And Shall Maintain The Premises In Good Habitat Condition Throughout The Duration Of The Lease Term. O The Lessee Agrees Not To Sublet, Sublease Or Transfer This Lease Agreement To Any Other Person Or Entity Without The Prior Written Consent Of The Lessor. Other Requirement: 1. Maintenance And Repairs: The Lease Agreement Should Specify The Responsibilities For The Maintenance Of The Building And The Scope Of Repairs, Distinguishing Between The Responsibilities Of The Landlord And The Tenant. 2. Bidders Should Have Completed Similar Contracts Within The Past Three (3) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
