Description Bid Components Security Services For Darpo-pangasinan Cy 2025 The Delivery Of Security Services Will Conform To The Following Conditions: A. Scope Of Work 1. The Security Agency Shall Be Responsible In Providing Security Services For Darpo-pangasinan, Twelve (12) Months A Year, Seven (7) Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day. B. Personnel Strength In The Performance Of The Foregoing Security Services, The Contractor Shall Provide Three (3) Security Guards With The Following Qualifications: 1. Of Good Moral Character And Reputation, Alert And Without Criminal Record; 2. Physically And Mentally Fit And Not Less Than 21 Years Of Age Or More Than 50 Years Of Age And At Least 5’5” In Height 3. Duly Licensed And Properly Screened And Cleared By The Pnp, Nbi, Police And Other Government Offices Issuing Clearances For Employment 4. In Proper Uniform And Armed With Complete Firearms And Ammunitions (revolver/pistol, 2-way Radio/cellphone, Cctv Communication Facilities, Whistle, Batuta Sticks, First Aid Kit And Flashlight 5. Passed The Neuro-exam And Drug Test Exam 6. Possess Other Qualifications As Required By Ra No. 5487, As Amended; And 7. Knowledgeable In Writing Regular Security Reports C. Other Consideration 1. The Number Of Contracted Guards May Be Increased Or Decreased Anytime Upon Written Request Of Dar-pangasinan 2. The Security Agency Shall Ensure That The Guards Are Replaced After Eight (8) Hours Shift So That No Security Guard Shall Be Compelled To Render Two (2) Consecutive Shifts At Any Given Time. 3. The Agency Shall Maintain/install Six (6) Units Cctv Cameras At 360o Angle, With Recorder, Monitor And Uninterrupted Power Supply (ups) And Add Additional Cameras As The Case May Be, 4. The Security Agency Shall Exercise Discipline, Supervision, Control And Administration Over Its Security Guards In Accordance With The Law, Ordinance And Pertinent Government Rules And Regulations As Well As Rules And Policies Laid Down By Dar-pang On The Matter 5. The Security Agency Shall Be Responsible For The Loses Or Damages To Properties Of Dar-pangasinan Except Those Of Which Can Be Easily Transported Or Disposed Of And Whenever There Is A Clear Evidence That The Property Has Been Formally Endorsed To Or Properly Turned Over To The Security Force Of The Agency. In Such Cases, The Security Agency Shall Notify Dar Pang In Writing Not Later Than 48 Hours From The Time The Occurrence, Provided Also That Such Losses Or Damages Are Due Or Traceable Solely To The Negligence Of The Security Guards Without Contributory Negligence On The Part Of Dar Pangasinan. 6. Submit And Discuss The Security Plan To Be Implemented. 7. In Case Of The Pandemic And In Compliance To Health Protocols, The Guards Should Be Provided With Ppes, Fully-vaccinated And Are Updated On Proper Management Of Office Callers Iv. Consideration A. The Dar-pangasinan Shall Pay The Contractor Monthly Through Disbursement Vouchers, The Amount Of Which Is Inclusive Of Vat And Withholding Tax. B. Compliance To The Dbm Circular Letter No. 2013-16 Re: Implementation Of The Expanded Modified Direct Payment Scheme (exmdps-annex C). Payment Will Be Done Thru Direct Payment Scheme Via Debit System-advice To Debit Account (ada) Or Thru Bank Transfer. C. Land Bank Of The Philippines Is The Preferred Servicing Bank D. Approved Budget For The Contract = P820,000.00. Vi. Effectivity The Contract Shall Be Effective From January 1 To December 31, 2025. Vii.
