Description Bid Components Janitorial Services For Darpo-pangasinan For Cy 2025 The Delivery Of Janitorial Services Will Conform To The Following Conditions: I. Scope Of Work A. Daily Routine Operation 1. Sweeping, Scrubbing, Mopping And Polishing Of Ground, 2nd And 3rd Floors Of Darpo Urdaneta-gacutan Building , Including Hallways, Corridors, Utility Rooms, Stairways, Waiting Areas And Offices. 2. Cleaning And Sanitizing Of The Male And Female Comfort Rooms And Washrooms Using Special Disinfecting Chemical/agents On The Wash Basins, Urinals And Toilet Bowls. 3. Dusting And Cleaning Of Façade Glass Windows, Window Glasses, Ledges, Eaves, Air Vents Along Hallways And Corridors In All Floors At The Darpo Building 4. Dusting And Cleaning Of The Property, Plant And Equipment (ppe) Including Counter Tops And Chairs Located In The Different Offices, Lobby, Hallways And Corridors In All Floors At The Darpo 5. Cleaning Of The Garden Court And Caring Of The Plants Therein. 6. Cleaning And Washing Of China Wares /utensils, Ashtrays And Trash Receptacles Along The Lobby And Hallways In All The Floors At The Darpo 7. Garbage Materials Inside The Trash Cans Located At The Lobby, Hallways And Corridors Of All The Floors Should Be Properly Disposed Of By Making Use Of The Denr Program On Zero Waste Management. 8. Messengerial Tasks Such As Mailing, Delivering Communication, Emergency Purchases; And 9. Simple Fixing Or Repainting Of Ppe B. Saturday Routine Operations 1. General Cleaning, Washing, Scrubbing, Waxing And Polishing 2. Removing Of Cobwebs, Dirt And Finger Marks In The Ceilings And Walls Along The Hallways/corridors/stairs C. Monthly Routine Operations 1. Washing Of Façade Glass, Window Glasses, Eaves, Ledges, Air Vents Located Around The Exterior Portion Of The Darpo Building From The Ground Floor To The 3rd Floor. 2. Cleaning Of Light Diffusers In The Different Offices, Along The Lobby, Hallways, Corridors, Stairways 3. Cleaning Of Aircons And Electric Fans D. Miscellaneous Services 1. Moving Or Transfer Of Live Plants From Different Offices, Conference Room To Garden Court Every Friday Afternoon And Returning The Same On Monday Morning, Unless The Situation Warrants A Different Schedule. 2. Moving Or Transfer Of Office Furniture, Equipment, Plants, Etc. In The Different Darpo Offices As Necessary. 3. Cleaning And Disposal Of Garbage Materials 4. Cleaning Of Horizontal/vertical Blinds Of All Offices In The Darpo Building Upon Request. 5. At Least Knowledgeable In Performing Minor Repairs Like Door Knob, Lavatory Faucet, Cr Flush Replacement, And Similar. Ii. Personnel Strength A. In The Performance Of The Foregoing Maintenance And Sanitation Work, The Contractor Shall Furnish The Dar- Pangasinan Two (2) Regular Utility Workers Who Will Report From Monday To Saturday And One (1) Aide Who Will Report For Three (3) Days A Week To Supplement The 2 Regular Utility Workers, All Of Whom Should Be Healthy, Reliable, Professionally Trained And Carefully Selected. Police/health Clearance Should Be Submitted To The General Services Section. B. Equipment And Materials To Be Used 1. Adequate Supply Of Materials To Be Used In The Maintenance, Janitorial And Sanitation Services Shall Be Provided By The Janitorial Agency. 2. Specialized Equipment Shall Be Provided By The Janitorial Agency Iii. Consideration A. The Dar-pang Shall Pay The Contractor Monthly Through Disbursement Vouchers, The Amount Of Which Is Inclusive Of Vat And Withholding Tax. B. Compliance To The Dbm Circular Letter No. 2013-16 Re: Implementation Of The Expanded Modified Direct Payment Scheme (exmdps-annex C). Payment Will Be Done Thru Direct Payment Scheme Via Debit System-advice To Debit Account (ada) Or Thru Bank Transfer. Iv. Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) = P520,000.00 V. Effectivity - The Contract Shall Be Effective From January 1 To December 31, 2025 Vi. Quotation (please See Attached Bid Component For The Format) Note: Please Prepare A Separate Quotation For One (1) Aide Who Will Report For Three (3) Days A Week To Supplement The 2 Regular Utility Workers Depending On The Amount Commensurate To The Abc.
