Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Service Provider For Pest Control Services At Dar Central Office Buildings/facilities For Cy 2025 Pbd-043-2024-03(epa) 1. The Department Of Agrarian Reform, Through The Proposed General Appropriations Act Of 2025 And Based On The Indicative Annual Procurement Plan For Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Philippine Pesos Five Hundred Thousand Only (php500,000.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Pest Control Services At The Dar Central Office Buildings/facilities For Cy 2025/pbd-043-2024-03(epa). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agrarian Reform Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project, The Details Of Which Can Be Found In The Schedule Of Requirements And The Technical Specifications Sections Of The Bidding Documents. Contract Duration Shall Commence Ten (10) Calendar Days Upon The Winning Bidder’s Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed Until December 31, 2025. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed Within A Period Of Three (3) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For Submission Of Bids A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar In Nature To The Contract To Be Bid, The Value Of Which Should Be At Least 50% Of The Abc.f Bidders Must Bid For All The Items/services Required In This Procurement Package. Delivery Of The Services Is Required Within Ten (10) Calendar Days From The Supplier’s Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) Issued By Dar. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
