The Department Of Agrarian Reform (dar), Through The General Appropriations Act Cy 2023 (project Split-gop) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy Million Six Hundred Twenty-four Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱70,624,260.00) Being The Approved Budget Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Certificates Of Condonation - Pbd-043-24-13. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agrarian Reform (dar), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
