The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources – Masbate, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 525,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Cy 2025 Enhanced National Greening Program (engp) – Protection And Maintenance Of Established Plantation (pmep) Year 2 Project At Batuila & Banase, Baleno, Masbate (50 Hectares) With Project Id No.: Denrmbmas-engp-pmep2ndyear-ind-2025-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources – Masbate Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Shall Be Based On The Approved Work And Financial Plan. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
