The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources-penro Masbate, Through The National Expenditure Program For 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Fifty-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Four Pesos Only php 1,159,804.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Office Supplies With Project Identification No. Denrmas-pbg-2023-002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources-penro Masbate Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirement) Of The Bidding Document. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Five 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
