Description 1. The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur, Through The National Expenditure Program (nep), Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos Only (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Construction Of Perimeter Fence At Cenro Iriga City With Identification Number Pcs-infra-2024-005. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Herein Procurement Activity Is Part Of The Early Procurement Activity Of Penro Camarines Sur And Shall Be Governed By The Guidelines Stipulated In Appendix 31 (guidelines On The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activities) Of The Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Ra 9184. 3. The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Based On The Approved Contract, Terms Of Reference, And Bill Of Quantities.
