The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur, Through The Sub-allotment Advice (saa) No. Co-r5-101-2024-05-326, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty-one Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,931,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Implementation Of The Enhanced National Greening Program (engp) – Comprehensive Site Development (csd) For Cy 2024: 72 Ha (other Fruits) Located At Scout Fuentebella, Goa, Camarines Sur/4th Congressional District/tambang River Watershed With Identification Number Pcs-engp-csd-2024-19. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project With Scope Of Work As Follows: A. Seedling Production/procurement B. Site Preparation And Planting C. First Cycle Protection And Maintenance Of Established Plantation D. Fabrication, Hauling, And Installation Of Engp Corner Stakes/markers/signages E. Coordination And Information, Education, Communication (iec) Completion Of The Works Is Required Within The Expected Contract Duration From June-december 2024 Based On The Approved Contract, Terms Of Reference, And Bill Of Quantities. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc, And Have Key Personnel, Tools, And Equipment Available For The Execution Of The Contract.
