The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa), Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,188,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Implementation Of The Enhanced National Greening Program (engp) – Comprehensive Site Development For Cy 2024: 54 Ha (cacao) Mananao Tinambac Camarines Sur – Caaluan River Watershed With Identification Number Pcs-engp-csd-2024-011. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project With Scope Of Work As Follows: A. Seedling Production/procurement B. Site Preparation And Planting C. 1st Cycle Protection And Maintenance Of Established Plantation Completion Of The Works Is Required Within The Expected Contract Duration Of One (1) Year Based On The Approved Contract, Terms Of Reference, And Bill Of Quantities. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc, And Have Key Personnel, Tools, And Equipment Available For The Execution Of The Contract.
