The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa), Intends To Apply The Sum One Million Pesos (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Ranger Station Phase I At Brgy. Del Rosario, Ocampo, Camarines Sur Within Mt. Isarog Natural Park For Cy 2024 With Identification Number Pr No. 2024-09-107 Dated September 16, 2024. Quotations Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur Now Invites Quotations For The Above Procurement Project. The Procurement Of The Project Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement (two Failed Biddings), An Alternative Method Of Procurement, In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days Based On The Approved Contract, Terms Of Reference, And Bill Of Quantities. 3.
