Description 1. The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa), Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos Only (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Construction Of Ranger Station Phase 1 At Brgy. Del Rosario, Ocampo, Camarines Sur Within Mt. Isarog Natural Park For Cy 2024 With Identification Number Pcs-infra-2024-006. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Environment And Natural Resources Office Of Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days Based On The Approved Contract, Terms Of Reference, And Bill Of Quantities. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc, And Have Key Personnel, Tools, And Equipment Available For The Execution Of The Contract. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using The Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
