The required prior work experience for the staff includes: - Skilled (Wireman): 3 years of experience in the field of electrical installations - Skilled Operator/Operator cum mechanic: 3 years of experience in the field of electrical installations - Unskilled (Khallasi): 3 years of experience in the electrical installation field - Supervisor: 5 years of experience in the field of electrical installations - Technical representative of the bidder: a minimum of 5 years of experience The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender in at least three similar works, or not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender in at least two similar works, or not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender in at least one similar work. The estimated cost of work is Rs. 2,31,64,924. The contract value is mentioned in the context of the bid security (Earnest Money Deposit) of Rs. 4,63,496, and the performance guarantee is 5% of the cost of the tender. The bidder should have a minimum net worth of 10% of the estimated contract price. The bidder is also required to submit a Banker's Certificate from a commercial bank for Rs. 0.92 Crore.
