The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works of a certain magnitude. The bidder should have definite proof of having satisfactorily completed similar works of magnitude specified: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost in the last 3 years. The estimated cost is Rs.3,95,42,806, and the corresponding values are: - Rs.1,58,17,122 for three similar works (40% of the estimated cost), - Rs.2,37,25,685 for two similar works (60% of the estimated cost), or - Rs.3,16,34,045 for one similar work (80% of the estimated cost). The bidder needs to provide details of works completed, including the name of the work/project, location, owner/sponsoring organization, cost of work, and dates of commencement and completion. The performance report includes the value of actual work done, amount of compensation levied for delayed completion, and amount of reduced rates items, if any. The bidder is required to have completed eligible similar nature of works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last day of submission of tenders.
