The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - At least one “similar work” of value of Rs. 163.37 Lakh or more - At least two “similar works” each of value of Rs. 102.10 Lakh or more - At least three “similar works” each of value of Rs. 81.68 Lakh or more The similar works should be related to “Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, or Annual maintenance contract (AMC), or Comprehensive Annual Maintenance (CAMC) of Environmental Control Systems/Air Conditioning Work in Metro Railways/Indian Railways/Airports”. For joint ventures or consortia, the work experience of only the substantial partner (with a share of 26% or more) shall be considered. The value of work done by the substantial partner shall be considered based on their percentage participation in the joint venture or consortium. Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract based on the original scope of work or revised scope of work, whichever is less. In case of foreign partners, they must have executed works of total value Rs. 81.68 lakh or more outside the country of the foreign partner. For the lead partner in a Joint Venture (JV)/Consortium, the experience of executing at least one "similar work" of value of Rs. 81.68 Lakhs or more in the last 05 years is required. The lead partner should have a minimum of 26% participation in the JV/Consortium. For non-substantial partners in a JV/Consortium, the experience of executing at least one "Environmental Control Systems" of minimum value of Rs. 40.84 Lakhs in the last 05 years is required. Non-substantial partners should have a minimum of 20% participation in the JV/Consortium.
