The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last five years. The similar works are defined as "Any work related with installation/repair/overhauling of bearings at railway/highway/metro bridges or viaduct." The bidder must have completed at least one of the following: - One "similar work" of value ₹154.41 lakh or more - Two "similar works" each of value ₹96.51 lakh or more - Three "similar works" each of value ₹77.20 lakh or more Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value-wise) or more of the works completed under the contract. In case of a joint venture or consortium, the substantial partner (with a share of 26% or more) will be considered for evaluating the joint venture or consortium, and each substantial partner shall have experience of executing at least one “similar work” of value of ₹77.20 lakhs or more in last 05 years. Each non-substantial partner should have a minimum of 20% participation in the JV/Consortium and must have experience of executing at least one Civil work of minimum value of ₹38.60 lakhs in last 05 years. The lead partner must have a minimum of 26% participation in the JV/Consortium.
