Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited Tender

Bidders must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works within the last five years. "Similar works" are defined as civil maintenance work on Metro/Railway Stations, Bridges, or Depots in operational systems. Three options exist to meet this requirement: * At least one similar work valued at ₹77.62 lakh or more. * At least two similar works, each valued at ₹48.51 lakh or more. * At least three similar works, each valued at ₹38.81 lakh or more. If a bidder is a joint venture (JV) or consortium with a foreign partner, and the qualifying work was performed by the foreign partner in their home country, that partner must also have completed works (not necessarily similar) totaling ₹38.81 lakh or more outside their home country. Only the work experience of the substantial partner (26% or more share in the JV/Consortium) will be considered. Substantial completion is defined as 80% or more of the work completed based on the original or revised scope, whichever is less. For completed works, the value will be updated to the price level of the last day of the month before tender submission, accounting for inflation (5% annually for Indian Rupees, 2% for foreign currency). The exchange rate for foreign currency will be that of 28 days before tender submission. Documentary proof, including completion certificates, is required.
