The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing eligible similar nature of works during the last seven years. The experience is evaluated with a maximum of 20 marks. To be eligible, the bidder must have completed works in Government Organizations, PSU’s, Autonomous bodies during the last seven years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to tender, - Or, Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to tender, - Or, One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work put to tender. The similar work is defined as “Desilting / Desilting & rehabilitation of pipe drain/Sewer by using Super Sucker Machine”. The value of executed works is adjusted to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The marks are allocated as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria - In between on pro-rata basis.
