The Comprehensive Service Contract For Water Treatment Services And Testing; To Include Services Repairs, Preventive Maintenance, And Software Upgrades As Required Water Filtration For Kinetico Quad –50 Filter / Softeners Systems And Uv Light To Meet The Standards And Guidelines Of The American Dental Association. Travel, Labor, Lodging, Parts, And Other Expenses Shall Be Included In This Contract. vendor Shall Be An Original Equipment Manufacturer (oem) Authorized Dealer, Authorized Distributor, Or Authorized Reseller For The Proposed Equipment/system, Such That Oem Warranty And Service Are Provided And Maintained By The Oem. All Software Licensing, Warranty, And Service Associated With The Equipment/system Shall Be In Accordance With The Oem Terms And Conditions. there Are Not Set-aside Restrictions For This Requirement.
