Description Of The Project And Services The Services For This Project May Include But Not Necessarily Limited To The Following: •           Janitorial Cleaning Services (internal And External Elements), Housekeeping Services, Health Clinics Cleaning Services •           Window Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Floor Wax, And Carpet Cleaning •           Removal Of Any Accumulated Snow Or Ice At Building Entries The Approximate Estimated Cost For This Project Is $3,483,300.00 Over Two Years With The Potential For A One-year Extension And An Increase In Value Of Up To $1,881,000.00. The Approximate Total Estimated Potential Project Is In The Order Of $5,364,300.00. It Is Anticipated That This Solicitation Will Be Initiated In May 2024. This Is Conditional On The Contract Receiving Approval To Proceed By The Department Of National Defence (dnd). Contract Award And Anticipated Security Requirements In Order To Be Eligible For Contract Award, A Contractor Will Be Required To, Among Other Things, Actively Hold All Required Security Clearance(s) At The Time Of Closing, As Further Detailed In The Solicitation/tender Documents.
