Description Of The Project And Services Boiler 2 At Dy209 Is Presently Inoperable; A Replacement Is Required Immediately Due To Approaching Winter Season. In General Terms, This Project Encompasses The Rental And Installation Of A Boiler That Will Stand In For Boiler 2 As Repair(s) Take Place To That Unit & Associated Infrastructure. The Contract Will Involve The Rental And Placement Of A Substitute Boiler At Dy209 Including Installation And Connection(s) Performed By A Qualified Installation Technician, Who Will Be Provided As Part Of The Rental Agreement. The Rough Order Of Magnitude For The Service Contract Is Estimated To Be $500,000. It Is Anticipated That This Solicitation Will Be Initiated In November/december 2024. Contract Award And Anticipated Security Requirements In Order To Be Eligible For Contract Award, A Contractor Will Be Required To, Among Other Things, Actively Hold All Required Security Clearance(s) At The Time Of Closing, As Further Detailed In The Tender Documents.
