The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in maintenance of HT (11 KV or above) & LT electrical network, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT (11 KV or above) & LT electrical network, or ARC of HT (11 KV or above) & LT electrical network. The bidder should have completed similar work during the last 07 years. The value of each similar completed work shall be considered excluding GST. If a work is started prior to 07 years but completed in the last 07 years, it shall be considered for fulfillment of credentials. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with at least three similar completed works, each costing not less than the specified amount. The specified amounts are: (1) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 95.03 lacs (excluding GST), (2) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 118.79 lacs (excluding GST), (3) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 190.07 lakhs (excluding GST). No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value. The bidder is required to have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. They must provide details of works underway or contractually committed. The bidder must also provide the total monetary value of similar works performed for each of the last seven years. The bidder must deposit a sum as a 10% of security deposit of contract value, which includes 5% of contract value as Bank Guarantee/Online Digital Transfer and balance amount of 5% of contract value to be recovered as Retention Money from Running Bills.
