The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: * Three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 95.03 lacs (excluding GST) * Two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 118.79 lacs (excluding GST) * One similar completed work, costing not less than Rs. 190.07 lakhs (excluding GST) No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder should have completed a work of a similar nature, and the overall cost of that work shall be considered for fulfillment of technical credentials. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in maintenance of HT (11 KV or above) & LT electrical network, or Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT (11 KV or above) & LT electrical network, or ARC of HT (11 KV or above) & LT electrical network. The bidder needs to provide a copy of the completion certificate and work order for the similar work, which should include details such as name of contractor, name of work, work order/agreement number and date, contract value, contract period, and date of commencement of work. The bidder who meets the minimum qualification criteria will be qualified only if their available bid capacity is more than the total bid value. The Assessed Available Bid capacity is calculated using the formula A x N x 2 - B, where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last 7 years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the subject contract, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the next N years. The value of annual turnover is not to be considered towards A in the formula. The bidder shall furnish statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works. In case the similar work has been issued for any private body, the bidder will be required to produce the tax deducted at source (TDS) certificate indicating the income tax deducted by the client for that work, which will form the basis for assessing the value of completed work. The value of similar works will be considered based on the TDS certificate and a declaration from a Chartered Accountant. The TDS certificate should indicate the credit of the payment received from the client, and the declaration should provide details such as the name of the bidder, the name of the client, name of work, work order no. and date, gross amount of the payment, net amount received from the client, and TDS amount.
