It Concerns The Part Of The Bicycle Highway F204 Between Joseph Kumpsstraat And Leemveldstraat In Overijse/hoeilaart (phase 2a) And The Adeps Sports Center In Oudergem And The Center Of Jezus-eik (phase 2b). Phase 2a Is Located In Flemish Territory And Covers A Route Of Approximately 4 Km. Phase 2b Is Located In Brussels Territory And Covers A Route Of Approximately 3 Km. Bidders Are Informed That Phase 2b (brussels Territory) Is An Optional Part (see Below). The Assignment Consists Of One Fixed Part (phase 2a). Additionally, 1 Optional Part Is Added (phase 2b). Fixed Part: Includes The Construction Of Phase 2a Of The Bicycle Highway F204, From Joseph Kumpsstraat In Hoeilaart To Leemveldstraat In Overijse. The Works Include, Among Others: - The Demolition Of Existing Pavements And Vegetation In The Project Area; - The Construction Of A Bicycle Highway; - The Construction Of A Bicycle Bridge Over Exit 3 Of The E411 Towards Waver At Maleizen; - The Construction Of A Bicycle Bridge Over Entrance 3 Of The E411 Towards Waver At Maleizen; - The Construction Of A Bicycle Bridge Over The Buffer Basin In The Sme Zone Den Horick; - The Reconstruction Of Existing Roads; - The Construction Of Embankments In Reinforced Soil; - The Construction Of An Experience Screen Between The New Bicycle Highway And The E411; - Sewer Works Dwa And Rwa (see Also Note Below); - The Necessary Landscaping Works For The Connection Of The Bicycle Highway To The Existing Environment. - Part Of The Works Of Phase 2a, Specifically The Sewer Works, Are Carried Out For And Are The Responsibility Of The Municipality Of Overijse (=co-financier). Optional Part: Includes The Construction Of Phase 2b Of The Bicycle Highway F204, From Waversesteenweg In Oudergem To Welriekendedreef In Jezus-eik.
