The Davao City Water District (dcwd), Through The Dcwd 2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty-eight Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (php48,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Facilities For Lubogan Production Well No.4 And 500 Cu.m. Capacity Elevated Steel Reservoir No. 3. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dcwd Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Four Hundred Fifty (450) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (the Details Of The Contract Duration Are Contained In Section V. Special Condition Of Contract, Scc Clause 2 Of The Bidding Document). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
