Tenders are invited for "Destruction of goods seized by the Customs Agency, including transportation if necessary" 1. Lot ? 1 - "Destruction of tobacco products" - the subject of the lot covers the services related to the destruction of excise goods - tobacco products seized and detained, seized and abandoned in benefit of the state for violations of the Law on Excise Duties and Tax Warehouses (ZADS), subject to destruction, according to the provisions of ZADS and Ordinance ? 7 of 02.09.2010 on the terms and conditions for disposal and transportation of seized and detained, seized and abandoned in favor of the state goods under ZADS; 2. Lot ? 2 - "Destruction of alcohol and alcoholic beverages" - the subject of the heading covers the services related to the destruction of excise goods - alcohol and alcoholic beverages, seized and detained, confiscated and abandoned in favor of the state for violations of the Excise Act and the tax warehouses (ZADS), subject to destruction, according to the provisions in ZADS and Ordinance ? 7 of 02.09.2010 on the terms and conditions for disposal and transportation of seized and detained, seized and abandoned in favor of the state ZADS goods; 3. Lot ? 3 - %Destruction of energy products% - the subject of the heading covers services related to the destruction of excise goods - energy products seized and detained, confiscated and abandoned in favor of the state for violations of the Excise Duties and Tax Warehouses Act (ZADS) subject to destruction, in accordance with the provisions of ZADS and Ordinance ? 7 of 02.09.2010 for the conditions and the order for disposition and transportation of seized and detained, seized and abandoned in favor of the state goods under ZADS; 4. Lot ? 4 - "Destruction of medicines and medical supplies" - the subject of the separate position covers the services related to the destruction of goods confiscated or abandoned in favor of the state, in proceedings conducted by the customs authorities under the Customs Act (CC), representing medicines and medical consumables falling within the scope of Art. 239, para. 3 of the Protection Act and Ordinance ? 6 of 17.09.2016 on the terms and conditions for disposal by destruction of goods under Art. 239, para. 3 and 4 of the TA; 5. Oh bosobena position ? 5 - "Transportation of goods for destruction" - the object Lot covers related services transportation of certain and specified by the Contracting Authority goods for destruction, by prior request - tobacco products, alcohol and alcoholic beverages, liquid and solid energy products, medicines and medical supplies, from the warehouses of the territorial directorates of the Customs Agency to the places of destruction them.
