Background The Credit Information Corporation (cic) Is A Government-owned And Controlled Corporation (gocc) Created By The Virtue Of The Republic Act No. 9510 Or The Credit Information System Act (cisa) Of 2008, To Serve As The Country’s Public Credit Registry And Repository Of Credit Information. Part Of Its Mandate Is To Conduct A Continuing National Educational Campaign To Develop And Cultivate Familiarity With The Credit Information System, The Rights Of Borrowers, As Well As Promote Credit Awareness And Responsible Borrowing. Cic Conducts All Its Financial Education Sessions And Technical Compliance Workshops Online Through Zoom – A Video Conferencing Application, To Maximize And Enhance Participant Reach. In Line With This, The Cic Seeks To Procure Five (5) Licenses Of Zoom Pro And An Add-on Of One (1) License Of Zoom Webinars With Maximum Of 1,000 Participants. Ii. Qualifications For The Third-party Service Provider Requirements Statement Of Compliance “comply” Or “not Comply” Evidence Of Compliance The Third-party Service Provider (hereinafter Referred To As “provider”) Shall Be A Local Partner Of Zoom Us. Further, The Provider Shall Present A Certificate(s)/partnership Agreement With Zoom Us. The Document(s) Must Be Submitted During The Bidding Process And Shall Be Subjected To Post-qualification. The Provider Is Prohibited From Assigning, Transferring, Pledging, Nor Sub-contracting Any Part Of Interest Therein; F.) The Provider Shall Hold The Proprietary Information In Strict Confidence. The Provider Shall Be Prohibited From Reproducing, Translating, Or Disclosing Any Information To Other Parties Without Prior Written Approval From Cic; G) Any Modification Or Variation Of Terms And Conditions Of This Contract, Including Any Modification Or Variation Of The Scope Of The Service, May Only Be Made Through A Written And Signed Agreement Between The Parties.
