The Tool Must Allow The Ur Market Monitoring Unit (mmu) Team To Analyse Different Markets, View Transactions Made By Market Participants, Compare The Sem To The Gb Market, View Fuel Prices And Create Bespoke Dashboards. The Data And Graphs Must Be Easily Manipulated By The Ur And The Mmu Team Must Be Able To View Historic Data For Specific Dates And Times. While The Tool Will Be Used To Monitor The Whole Of The Sem, The Contract Is For Responsibilities Pertaining To The Ur Only.
