Title: Coe - Externalization Of Accounting Services For The World Conference On Constitutional Justice description: The Council Of Europe In The Name Of Secretariat Of The World Conference On Constitutional Justice Is Looking For An External Accountant To Carry Out Its Financial Tasks For The World Conference On Constitutional Justice (“keep The Finances And Report On Their Use To The Bureau”: See Article 4.c.2 Of The Statute). The External Accountant Will Thus Be Responsible For The Following Tasks: - Preparing And Submitting To The Secretariat Before 15 January A Yearly Financial Report Indicating The Incoming Receipts And The Outgoing Expenditures To Be Submitted To The Wccj Bureau For Approval; - Based On The Information Provided To Them By The Council Of Europe Treasury's Accounting, Payment, And Accounting Department (tpa), Monitoring The Membership Payments And, At The End Of Each Month, Informing The Wccj Secretariat Of The Membership Payments Made During The Month; - Issuing Annual Invoices For Membership Fees And Preparing And Sending Payment Receipt Letters. - Sending In Due Course Reminder Letters To Wccj Member Courts Or Relevant Embassies, Regarding Any Outstanding Membership Payments; - Every Three Years, Updating The Membership Payment Scale, Based On United Nations Statistical Data, To Be Submitted To The Wccj General Assembly For Approval. Additional Tasks Related To The Above May Be Requested To The Accountant
