The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - For works valued up to 2 Crore: One B.E Degree holder (or) One Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. - For works valued above 2 Crore upto 10 Crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. - For works valued above 10 Crore upto 50 Crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. The bidder should have experience in similar BT Road Works and should have executed at least one work not less than 50% of the value put to tender, which is Rs. 112.00 lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of not less than 75% of the work value in any one of the preceding five years, which is Rs. 168.00 lakhs, and completed similar works worth at least 75% of Rs. 168.00 lakh, which is Rs. 126.00 lakh, in any of the last five years. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 10% of the value put to tender, which is Rs. 23.00 lakhs, and completed a certain percentage of work with the following milestones: - 50% of the work should be completed in the 1st month. - 90% of the work should be completed in the 2nd month. - 100% of the work should be completed in the 3rd month.
