The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: 1. Upto 2 Crore: One B.E Degree holder (or) One Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works 2. Above 2 Crore upto 10 Crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works 3. Above 10 Crore upto 50 Crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. The percentage of work completed is as follows: - 1st Month: 50% - 2nd month: 90% - 3rd Month: 100% The work should be completed in all respects within the period of 3 Months. The minimum required annual value of work for the successful Bidder in any of the last five years shall be 75% of the tender value of Rs. 354.00 lakh. The bidder should have executed at least one work not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years, which is Rs. 236.00 lakhs. The bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 10% of the value put to tender, which is Rs. 48.00 lakhs.
