The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - For works valued up to 2 Crore: One B.E Degree holder (or) One Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. - For works valued above 2 Crore upto 10 Crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. - For works valued above 10 Crore upto 50 Crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one work not less than 50% of the value put to tender, which is Rs. 109.00 lakhs, under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should also have achieved an annual turnover of not less than 75% of the package value, which is Rs. 164.00 lakhs, in any one of the preceding five years. This implies that the bidder should have completed similar works worth at least 75% of Rs. 164.00 lakh, which is Rs. 123.00 lakh, in any of the last five years. The bidder should also complete a certain percentage of work within a specified period, which is as follows: - 50% of the work should be completed in the 1st month. - 90% of the work should be completed in the 2nd month. - 100% of the work should be completed in the 3rd month. The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be 10% of the tender work value, which is Rs. 22.00 lakh.
