The bidder is required to provide details of their prior work experience, including completed works during the last 5 years. This includes information such as name and type of project, brief technical description, client details, contract period, construction cost, and percentage of completed works. The bidder should have experience in Concrete Works and should have executed at least one work not less than 50% of the value put to tender, which is Rs. 130.00 lakhs, under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years. They should also have achieved an annual turnover of not less than 75% of the work value, which is Rs. 195.00 lakhs, in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 50% and 75% of the work value in the preceding five years, which is Rs. 130.00 Lakhs and Rs. 195.00 Lakhs respectively. Additionally, they should have a working capital sufficient to finance at least 10% of the value put to tender, which is Rs. 26.00 Lakhs. The minimum required annual value of work is 75% of the tender value, which is Rs.146.25 lakhs, in any one year in the last five years. The bidder should have prior work experience in the Civil Engineering construction field, with an annual turnover of not less than 75% of the work value in any one of the preceding five years.
