The bidder should have experience in executing works in the relevant field, specifically in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years. The 80% of the Package value is Rs.449.38 Lakhs. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, which is 150% of the project value, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed. The 1.5 times of the Package value is Rs. 842.58 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have experience certificates for the works executed in Government contracts, and the value of the works executed will be considered with a weightage to bring them to the Price Level of 2023-24. The weightage is as follows: 2023-24: 1X value of works executed 2022-23: 1.10 X value of works executed 2021-22: 1.21X value of works executed 2020-21: 1.33 X value of works executed 2019-20: 1.46 X value of works executed The bidder should provide details of the last five years' account with auditor's reports, balance sheet, profit and loss account, and income tax clearance certificate. The bidder should also provide information on the paid-up capital, working capital, annual turnover for the last five years, and net income for the last five years. The bidder should have a minimum number of key personnel as specified, and the proposal should include an undertaking to purchase or hire essential equipment for the project.
