The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the field of civil engineering, specifically in works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years ending 31.01.2025 in State Government Department / Undertaking / Local Bodies. The value for this requirement is 80% of the Package value, which is Rs.231.67 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bided, which is 150% of the project value, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed. The value for this requirement is 1.5 times the Package value, which is Rs.434.37 Lakhs. The bidder should also have completed projects with a value of at least 150% of the project being bided in at least two financial years in the last five years. The experience certificates for the works executed in the Government contracts will be considered. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and the value of existing commitments on ongoing works. The weightage for the value of works executed and financial turnover of the previous years will be given, with the most recent year having a weightage of 1X and the previous years having increasing weightages up to 1.46X for the year 2019-20. The bidder should have a minimum available bid capacity, which will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and the value of existing commitments on ongoing works. The bidder should provide details of their experience, including the value and percentage of similar works completed, as well as their financial turnover and available bid capacity. The bidder should also provide details of the technical personnel to be deployed by the contractor for the work, including the name of members of the technical staff proposed to be employed, and their qualifications. The bidder should provide the details of the engineers and managerial personnel, including their names, qualifications, and experience. The bidder should provide the details of the machinery and equipment owned by the company, and the list of machinery and equipment that the company proposes to take on rent and use for the work. The bidder should provide the details of the material testing facilities available with the firm. The bidder should provide the details of the present activities in which their firm is engaged as a main contractor, and their present activities in which their firm is working in a joint venture, for the last five years.
