The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is Class I.

The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid includes: 1. Achieved in at least any two financial years in the last five years a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bided. Formula: 1.5 times of the Package value = Rs.516.03 Lakhs 2. The Bidder shall provide evidence of access to, or availability of, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources that are sufficient to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements. Formula: 50% of the Package value = Rs.172.01 Lakhs 3. Undertaking / Local Bodies: 80% of the Work Value = Rs.275.22 Lakhs Additionally, the Assessed Available Bid capacity can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 1.5 - B) Where A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the price level of the financial year [2023-2024] at the rate of 5% per year), N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited (period up to 6 months to be taken as half-year and more than 6 months as one year), B = Value, at the current price level, of existing commitments on on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited.
