The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * One Project Manager with B.E.(Civil) with minimum 7 years or DCE with Minimum 10 years experience in Road and bridge works. * One Site Engineer with B.E.(Civil) with minimum 5 years experience or DCE with 7 years experience in Road and bridge works. * Two Site Supervisors with B.E.(Civil) / DCE with minimum 5 years experience in road, bridge and concrete works for each location. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last five years, with the following options: * Three similar completed works for a value of at least Rs.2.24 Crore each. * Two similar completed works for a value of at least Rs.2.80 Crore each. * One similar completed work for a value of at least Rs. 4.48 Crore. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have executed in any one project, the following minimum quantities of work: * Pile 1200mm dia: 307 m * Cement concrete: 740 cum * Steel: 129 MT * Structural Steel: 61 MT
