The bidder should have experience in executing works similar to the project being bid on, specifically in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Ponds works. The bidder should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years ending 31.01.2025. The 80% of the Package value is Rs. 405.05 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, which is Rs.759.47 Lakhs, in at least any two financial years in the last five years. The bidder is also required to submit a list of completed works during the last 5 years, including the name and type of project, brief technical description, name and address of the client, period of contract, construction cost of the project, and percentage of completed works. However, there is no specific information on the percentage of similar works completed. The available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work, and the bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The estimated cash flow required is 50% of the total value of the project, which is Rs.253.16 Lakhs. The liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities to carry out the work should not be less than 50% of the Package value, which is Rs.253.16 Lakhs.
