The bidder should have experience in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bided, which is 1.5 times of the Package value, equal to Rs. 577.89 Lakhs (1.5 times Rs. 385.26 Lakhs), in at least any two financial years in the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed should be at least 80% of the tender value, which is Rs. 205.47 Lakhs, and 150% of the project value, respectively. The bidder should have completed similar works worth at least 150% of the project value in at least two of the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have a self-owned and maintained batching plant of capacity 30 cubic meters per hour, and should have technical personnel including a Senior Engineer with BE Civil and 5 years of experience, and a Site Engineer with BE Civil and 2 years of experience. The bidder should also have experience in executing works in the relevant field, with experience certificates for the works executed in the Government contracts considered. The available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The bidder should provide evidence of access to financial resources, with an estimated cash flow required being 50% of the total value of the project, which is Rs. 128.42 Lakhs for this contract, and should have liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements.
