The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid can be calculated using the following formulas and values: 1. Minimum Annual Turnover: 1.5 times the Package Value = Rs. 344.82 Lakhs 2. Cash Flow Requirement: 50% of the Package Value = Rs. 114.94 Lakhs 3. Previous Work Experience Value: 80% of the Package Value = Rs. 183.90 Lakhs The Package Value is Rs. 229.88 Lakhs. Additionally, the Assessed Available Bid capacity can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 1.5 - B) Where A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the price level of the financial year [2023-2024] at the rate of 5% per year), N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited, B = Value, at the current price level, of existing commitments on on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, and provide evidence of access to, or availability of, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources sufficient to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements.
