The bidder should have prior work experience in executing works in relevant fields, such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Ponds works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender, which is Rs.163.63 Lakhs, under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years ending 31.01.2025 in State Government Department / Undertaking / Local Bodies. For the last five years, the bidder should provide information on the projects they are presently executing, including brief technical descriptions, client names and addresses, contract periods, construction costs, and percentages of work completed. The bidder should provide information on the name and type of project/work, brief technical description, name and address of the client, period of contract, construction cost of the project, type and amount of portion sublet by the bidder, year of starting, and percentage of work completed. The bidder should also provide information on their past experience in working as a main contractor and in joint ventures for the last five years. A Performance Certificate for the work should be enclosed and is subject to verification. The value of 80% of the work is Rs.163.63 Lakhs. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bided, which is 150% of the project value, amounting to Rs.306.81 Lakhs, in at least any two financial years in the last five years.
