The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience of successfully completing similar works during the last five years. The experience can be demonstrated in three ways: 1. Three similar completed works for a value not less than Rs.1.10 Crore each, 2. Two similar completed works for a value not less than Rs.1.38 Crore each, 3. One similar completed work for a value not less than Rs.2.21 Crore. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of approximately Rs. 4.15 crore in any one year from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 83.00 Lakhs, and the minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful bidder shall be 30% of the contract value. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
