The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated through one of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with a value of Rs. 219.82 Lakhs. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with a value of Rs. 274.78 Lakhs. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with a value of Rs. 439.64 Lakhs. These similar works should have been completed during the last five years, ending on August 31st, 2024, for the Government of India, State Government Department, Government undertaking in India, Local Bodies, or Public Sector. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 5 years should be at least 50% of the estimated cost, and the bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 30% of the value put to tender.
