In The Event That The Winning Bidder’s Exclusivity Shall Cease Or Maybe Discontinued Within Five (5) Years From The Perfection Of The Contract, The Winning Bidder Shall Inform And Formally Introduce Clmmrh To The New Exclusive Distributor, Not Later Than 30 Calendar Days.
