The Supplier Must Provide At Least Two (2) Year Full Warranty Which Includes Service And Spare Parts. 6. Parts Should Be Available Within A Period Of Five (5) Years. Certification Of Manufacturer Guaranteeing The Availability Of All Spare Parts Must Be Presented. 7. Preventive Maintenance And Calibration During Warranty Period Shall Be Scheduled, Performed, And Documented By A Qualified Service Engineer On A Quarterly Basis Or Whenever Necessary Without Cost To The Hospital. Service Performed To Correct System Deficiencies Shall Also Be Documented With The Service Records Maintained In The Project Site. 8. Warranty And Post-warranty Service Shall Be Done Qualified And Factory-trained Service Engineers Of The Supplier. However, In The Absence Of Trained Service Personnel, A Third Party Service Personnel/provider Shall Be Allowed Through A Memorandum Of Agreement; Provided That The Latter Can Provide A Certificate Of Training From The Principal Manufacturer. 9.
