Scope Of Works: The Contractor Shall Furnish Of All Necessary Construction Requirements, Materials, Tools, Labor And Equipment To Complete The Execution Of The Project As Shown In The Approved Plan And Herein Specified. 1. Ocular Site Inspection (bidding Requirements); 2. All Required Permits, (building, Occupancy And Other Related Permits) If Necessary. 3. Construction Site Enclosure & Installation Of Safety Signage’s. 4. Demolition Works With Clearing And Disposal Of All Construction Debris. 5. Lay-outing & Mobilization. 6. Painting Works On All Steel (use Specified Paint). 12. Approved Design Polycarbonate Roofing Installation With Complete Accessories. 13. Deliverables: A. Contractor Expectation 1. The Contractor, Who Is Awarded Of The Contract, Is Therefore Expected To Deliver The Rules And Regulation Of The Hospital Safety Protocols And Carry Out The Whole Works. Delegation Or Sub-contracting Of The Project Is Not Acceptable. 2. The Contractor Must Have Key Personnel Always Present On Site, Preferably Architect Or Engineer Who Is In-charge Of The Project. B. Coverage Of Works: A. Existing Physical Therapy & Eid Single Storey Bldg. Improvement Of Rain Water Drainage Line, Outdoor Trellis With Polycarbonate Roofing, Overhang Ceilings Of Bldg. And All Interior Ceiling Of The Building. C. The Contractor Must Submit/secure The Following; A. 2-log Book, (construction Log Book And Security Guard Requirement). B. Work Permit, Include Power And Water Tapping, (efm Department). C. Submit Materials Sample For Approval, Failure To Comply It May Cause Rejection Any Time During The Progress Of The Work. D. Submit Construction Schedule With Corresponding S-curve For Approval. V. Technical Specification: A. Concrete Hollow Blocks Installation, Concrete Roughing Finishing & Pouring Works:  Use 20cmx40cmx10cm Thick Or Approved Equivalent On Concrete Hollow Blocks With Standard Psi, Install Using 1:2 Ratio For Mortaring & Roughing Finishing, 1:2:4 Ratio For Flooring With 12mm & 10mm Deform Bars For Rebar’s. B. Concrete Waterproofing Works:  Waterproofing Materials Shall Be Delivered To The Site In The Original Sealed Container Or Package Bearing Manufacturer’s Name And Brand Designation.  Use Cementations Waterproofing Product, Which Was Design For External And Internal Waterproofing Protection To Roughing Finishing, Concrete Pouring And Others.  Mixing: Follow Manufacturer’s Mixing Preparation. C. Painting Works:  The Contractor Shall Submit For Approval Specification, Data Samples For The Various Paint To Be Used. Paint Material Shall In Highest Quality Grade.  Ready-mix Paint And Paint Materials Shall Be Delivered To The Job Site In Their Original Unbroken Package And Paint Shall Be Applying In Accordance With The Manufacturer Printed Instructions. D. Welding Works:  Welding Works In Shop And On Field Shall Be Done Only By Certified And Experience Worker. E. Installation Of Steel Materials For Trellis & Approved Brand & Color With Minimum Of 6mm Thickness Solid Clear Polycarbonate Roofing Materials: The Contractor/installer Shall Observe All Necessary Method On Proper Installation  The Contractor/installer Shall Use Proper Installation Materials Such As Hex Screw With Self-sealing Neoprene Washer, Joint Sealant/caulk, Rubber Tape, Aluminum Flat Bar Or Approved Equivalent And All Necessary Accessories For Completion Of Work. F. Installation Of Outdoor Ceiling Pvc Panels/overhang Ceiling Spandrel Panels:  The Contractor/installer Shall Observe All Necessary Method On Proper Installation.  The Contractor/installer Shall Provide All Necessary Materials To Complete The Work.  All Materials Should Be Approved By Owner/management Before Installation. G.
