The Cooperative Development Authority – Regional Office Ii (cda-roii), Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred And Sixty Thousand Pesos (p660,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of: Item Description Place Of Delivery Abc Supply And Delivery Of Security Services Within The Province Of Cagayan Php660,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Also, Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 2. The Cda-roii Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Security Services As Required Specified In The Schedule Provided Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings. Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid Shall Be Determined. 4.
